Accepted Insurance Plans 

Gen50 Health accepts insurance when available.

Accepted insurance plans include:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Arkansas Municipal Health 

  • United Healthcare

Coverage may vary based on the patient’s plan, state of residence, appointment type, services provided, labs, prescriptions, and medication coverage.

Patients are encouraged to verify their benefits directly with their insurance provider before booking.

Self-Pay Options

Gen50 Health offers self-pay options for patients who do not have insurance, are out of network, or prefer not to use insurance. 

  • New patient appointments: $250

  • Follow-up visits: $150

FSA and HSA payments accepted for eligible expenses.
